She believes that healthy environments promote excellence, which drives customer experience, performance and organizational growth.<\/p>\r\n<p>Marshall has held senior leadership positions with Qualex (Eastman Kodak), Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina and Parata Systems.&nbsp;Her experience leading professional and operations teams in telecommunications, photofinishing, health insurance and pharmacy automation has given her a broad range of skills.<\/p>\r\n<p>Marshall is an engaged community advocate for causes in support of families, academic excellence, health and youth sports.
