Moore County Community Foundation announces new board member

The Moore County Community Foundation is pleased to welcome to their board Timothy Buist, president of St. Joseph of the Pines in Southern Pines.

Buist, a seasoned finance professional in the senior living industry, has almost 20 years of medical, healthcare and continuing care experience. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University, an Executive MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University and a certificate in Executive Management from the University of Notre Dame.

MCCF Board President Russell Sugg welcomed Buist at the most recent board meeting saying, “Tim’s experience in the healthcare industry and with senior citizens will add a valuable asset to our board.”
