NCCF and NC Center for Nonprofits co-host info sessions for area nonprofits (June 2013)
The North Carolina Community Foundation (NCCF) and the North Carolina Center for Nonprofits (the Center) will co-host a series of information sessions for area nonprofits in Nash, Edgecombe, Wilson and Wayne counties July 9 and July 10.
NCCF will review affiliate grants application procedures and online grants processes for its affiliate grants programs offered through the Futrell-Mauldin Community Foundation for Greater Rocky Mount, the Edgecombe Charitable Foundation, the Wilson County Community Foundation and the Wayne County Community Foundation. The Center will discuss benefits of membership to this statewide nonprofit membership group.
There are two sessions for Rocky Mount/Nash and Edgecombe County area nonprofits: Tuesday, July 9, from 9:30 a.m. to noon or 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Gateway Technology Center, located on the campus of North Carolina Wesleyan College at 3400 N. Wesleyan Blvd., Rocky Mount.
The session for Wilson and Wayne area nonprofits is Wednesday, July 10, from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the Wilson County Memorial Library, at 249 Nash St. NE, Wilson.
