NewBridge Bank presents check to Brunswick County Community Foundation

NewBridge Bank employees in Brunswick County have selected the Brunswick County Community Foundation as the recipient of the Bank’s monthly “Jeans Day” fundraising campaign.

“NewBridge Bank employees can make a small donation of five dollars for the privilege of wearing jeans on the last Friday of each month,” said Henry Edmund, executive vice president of NewBridge Bank. “We collect donations bank-wide and donate the proceeds to a nonprofit in one of the markets we serve.”

“The Brunswick County Community Foundation is so grateful to NewBridge Bank employees for this award,” said BCCF President Karen Anderson. “This gift will help the Foundation support even more local nonprofits through our annual grant program.”

Brunswick County Community Foundation board members in addition to Anderson are: Mark Bachara, Currie Batchelor, Cindy Cheatham, Mike Gildea, Barb Patten and Julie Wolfe.
