The North Carolina Community Foundation is pleased to announce the election of Tim Nicholls to the statewide board of directors.
Nicholls is the founder of Nicholls & Crampton. For more than 50 years, his legal practice has focused on estate planning, estate administration, wealth transfer and commercial transactions.
Nicholls is a native of Canton and received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has held numerous leadership positions in community, church and social organizations.
The NCCF board of directors is looking forward to working with Nicholls, according to Rodney Martin, board chair. "Tim brings exceptional legal, estate planning and leadership experience to our board,” he said. “He will be an incredible asset to the North Carolina Community Foundation.”
