Warren County Community Foundation awards more than $12,000 in grants

The Warren County Community Foundation has awarded $12,070 in grants to organizations supporting the local community. 

The board of advisors granted: 

Funds for the grants came from WCCF’s community grantmaking fund.  

“Community self-investment is key to local resilience,” said Linda Browne, advisory board president of the Warren County Community Foundation. “We’re proud to support these organizations that invest in our community.” 

WCCF is an affiliate of the North Carolina Community Foundation and is led by a local volunteer advisory board. Each year, WCCF uses dollars from its endowment fund to make grants to nonprofits that help the local community.

Warren County Community Foundation Advisory Board Members 

Advisory board members live and work in Warren County, positioning them to strategically leverage resources, meet local needs and access opportunities.
