The HCWGMW Donor Advised Fund is part of the Northern Albemarle Community Foundation’s family of funds and currently supports projects and programs focused on eliminating the cycle of poverty and homelessness with area youth in Pasquotank and Perquimans counties. Grant applications will be accepted from Sept. 13, 2024, until NOON on Oct. 15, 2024.
For 2024, a total of $150,000 is available for nonprofit programs serving Pasquotank and Perquimans counties. Nonprofits collaborating with other organizations will be considered. Letters of support from the partner organization will be required when submitting.
How to Apply
This is a fund of the North Carolina Community Foundation. Organizations must apply for grants using NCCF’s online application system.
- If this is your first time applying, follow the instructions in Training Module I to create a profile. If your organization already has an account, use your information to log in.
- Once logged in, click the green apply link at the top of the page.
- The screen will refresh. Enter the access code hcwgmw in the field labeled “Enter Access Code” toward the top of the screen. Once you have typed in the code, click the Enter Code button.
- The screen will refresh. Scroll down and you will see the application process for 2024 HCWGMW Fund.
- You may preview the application questions by clicking the preview button.
- To start an application, click the blue apply button.
- The application form will be accessible beginning Sept. 13.
- You may save the application for later completion. However, you will need to click submit once you are ready to submit, and prior to the noon deadline on Oct. 15.
- You may download, save and/or print a copy of your application. You will also receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your application.
