Carr-Rowell Scholarship Fund

Criteria

Residents of Northampton, Halifax, Warren, Bertie, or Hertford counties in North Carolina who have graduated high school and attend a two- or four-year college, university or technical college. Preference shall be given to students from Northampton County.
