Criteria

Graduating seniors (who receive first priority) or graduates of high schools located in
Carteret County who are full-time students of an accredited technical school,
college or university in the US with course work leading to an associate’s or
bachelor’s degree in the construction trade or related subjects. Additional
requirements: academic-technical merit with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and
financial need.
