Criteria

Young people exiting foster care or living in poverty in North Carolina with exceptional financial need who wish to continue their education at a college, university, community college, or other accredited institution. Primary consideration will be given to young people from Wayne County, or secondarily, from counties that are contiguous to Wayne County.
