Graduating senior at Tarboro High School, a resident of Edgecombe County, and a student of superior academic achievement with a demonstrated commitment to school and community affairs who has been accepted at an accredited 4-year college or university for further education. **PLEASE NOTE: Applicants for this scholarship should answer the following essay prompt: Describe a significant turning point in your educational experience.
