Criteria

Graduating seniors of Tarboro High School with an outstanding academic record, including GPA, class rank, and SAT scores; extracurricular activities, including school and non-school athletics, community service, religious programs or work experience, with emphasis in leadership roles; verification of admission to an accredited college or university; and financial need (accounting for family income, number of dependents, other scholarships received, and other circumstances).
