Criteria

Students must be residents of Pender County who plan to attend an institution of higher learning located in North Carolina. Particular consideration will be given to students attending community colleges located in North Carolina and to students attending school in the Heide Trask High School, Pender High School and Pender Early College school districts. Students must demonstrate a need for financial assistance to further their education.
