NCCF Scholarship Application Package
Applications to most North Carolina Community Foundation scholarships are submitted online via the NCCF Universal Scholarships Application. The components of the NCCF Universal Scholarships Application include:
- Demographic data including county of residence, gender, date of birth
- High school information including name of high school and GPA
- Standardized test scores, if taken. Very few NCCF scholarships require standardized test scores to be submitted.
- School/college planned for fall attendance
- Year of study for coming fall semester (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, other)
- Enrollment status (full-time or part-time)
- Essay and/or supplemental questions (prompt provided in the application form)
- List of extracurricular activities
- Current or most recent transcript
- Two letters of recommendation; one from a teacher; and one from a teacher, guidance counselor, coach, pastor, supervisor, or other qualified individual
- Signature by student (or parent/guardian if applicant is under 18)
- Most NCCF scholarships also require the FASFA Student Aid Index/Student Aid Report.
