About Denise

Denise Marshall is NCCF’s Vice President of People and Culture.

Growing up in a military family, she traveled domestically and internationally throughout her childhood. She has been in Raleigh since 1990.

Denise is passionate about bringing together diverse perspectives and working with teams to collaborate, find solutions and create a strong, open culture. She believes that healthy environments promote excellence, which drives customer experience, performance and organizational growth.

Denise is an engaged community advocate for causes in support of families, academic excellence, health and youth sports. She is a co-founder of a former Junior Olympics Track & Field club, serves on the Board of Trustees for the National MS Society of the Carolinas and is a graduate of Leadership North Carolina class XXIII.
