Erika Kramer
Erika Kramer serves as NCCF’s Business Director & Controller, providing leadership across the foundation’s business and administrative functions. She oversees accounting and bookkeeping, including accounts payable, payroll, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Before joining NCCF, Erika was Director of Special Projects for Duke University’s Center for Documentary Studies. She previously helped lead the growth of a software consultancy in Illinois after beginning her career at Wolfram Research. She brings experience in financial management, strategic planning, and organizational operations and is passionate about supporting nonprofit work that creates lasting impact.
Outside of work, Erika enjoys exploring North Carolina and beyond with her family. She is a runner, art enthusiast, avid reader, and believes no road trip is complete without an overly ambitious itinerary.
