Jason joined the North Carolina Community Foundation in 2024 as Content Creator, a position that highlights the impact of the NCCF through various mediums.
Jason is a multi-skilled storyteller who worked in local television for more than 20 years. In his previous role, Jason was the Sports Director at WRAL in Raleigh.
Through his freelance videography business, Jason produced promotional videos for numerous charities and nonprofits, including the United Way, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the American Veterinary Medical Foundation.
Jason is a North Carolina native who was born in Raleigh and has spent most of his life living and working in the state. He has a bachelor’s degree in journalism after graduating with honors from the University of Missouri.
He currently lives in Holly Springs with his wife, Martha, and their two boys. In their spare time, they love to travel. When they’re in town, you can probably find them at a local community event, at church, a ballfield, a brewery or a concert.
