{"title":"Applying for grants","content":"<p>The Bertie-Hertford Community Foundation (BHCF) Unrestricted Endowment will accept grant applications from March 10, 2023, to NOON on April 11, 2023. Funds are available for qualified charitable organizations serving the local community.<\/p>\r\n<p>Grants typically range from $500 to $1,000.<\/p>\r\n<h4>How to apply<\/h4>\r\n<p>BHCF is an affiliate of the North Carolina Community Foundation (NCCF). Organizations must apply for grants using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grantinterface.com\/Home\/Logon?urlkey=nccommunityfoundation\">NCCF&rsquo;s online application system<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Read the <a href=\"\/apply\/grants\/community-grantmaking\">guidelines<\/a> before you apply. Your application may not be considered if you fail to follow any of these guidelines.<\/li>\r\n<li>If this is your first time applying, follow the instructions in <a href=\"https:\/\/nmcdn.io\/e186d21f8c7946a19faed23c3da2f0da\/7868d48393ef4e3bb7bca8cdf7bc2f20\/files\/2017_Grants_Tutorial_Series_Module-I_Creating_a_New_Profile.pdf\">Training Module I<\/a> to create a profile.
