Community grants available from the Cary Women’s Giving Network (March 2020)

The members of the Cary Women’s Giving Network are accepting grant applications from nonprofits serving needs in the local community.

Funds are available for nonprofit organizations that have a strong impact on critical and/or emerging needs in the Town of Cary. Members use a collaborative decision-making process to provide grants. Projects that focus on women and children will be prioritized. Any nonprofit that receives a grant will be asked to wait one year before reapplying.

Applications are available beginning Feb. 28. Visit this page for information about applying. The deadline for applications is noon March 31.

Grants are not available for regranting purposes, capital campaigns, capital improvements, out-of-state travel or for individuals. Funds are awarded by the members of the Cary Women’s Giving Network, a program of the North Carolina Community Foundation.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for our nonprofits to expand their impact in our local community,” said Sheila Ogle, network president. “We are excited to partner with our local nonprofit community to continue supporting Cary.”
