Community grants available from the Cary Women’s Giving Network (March 2021)

The members of the Cary Women’s Giving Network are accepting grant applications from nonprofits serving needs in the local community.

Applications are available beginning March 5. Visit this page for information about applying. The deadline for applications is April 6 at noon.

The Cary Women’s Giving Network members use a collaborative decision-making process to provide grants to local charitable organizations that have a strong impact on critical and/or emerging needs in the Town of Cary. Grant projects that focus on women and children will be prioritized.

Grants are not available for regranting purposes, capital campaigns, capital improvements, out-of-state travel or for individuals. Funds are awarded by the members of the Cary Women’s Giving Network, a program of the North Carolina Community Foundation. Please note, any nonprofit that receives a grant will be asked to wait one year before reapplying.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for our nonprofits to expand their impact in our local community,” said Sheila Ogle, network president. “We are excited to partner with our nonprofit community to continue supporting the Town of Cary.”
