Toolkit for scholarship administrators
This toolkit includes resources to help NCCF scholarship administrators promote their scholarship to students and announce the recipient. Customize to share with your networks.
Throughout the toolkit there is placeholder text bolded or highlighted to allow customization with information specific to your scholarship. To locate your scholarship’s specific webpage, use the search feature located near the top right corner of this page.
Instructions: If you’re viewing this on a smartphone, hold your finger over the text below. You’ll be prompted to select the text you wish to copy and then click “copy.” Open a new text message, hold your finger over the text box and click “paste.” Customize and update as needed, send and repeat!
Hey there! I serve as an administrator for the <SCHOLARSHIP NAME>, and I wanted to let you know we are accepting applications now through <APPLICATION DEADLINE>. There is no cost to apply. Go to nccommunityfoundation.org/Scholarships to get started and please spread the word!
Instructions: Download the email template and paste the text into the body of an email. Be sure to customize it for your scholarship and community.
Scholarship administrators receive a flyer from our scholarships team that is unique to their scholarship that they can share digitally or by printing. Two other flyers promoting NCCF scholarships are also available – one is informational and the other has a QR code to quickly direct students to explore NCCF scholarships.
Instructions: Download the template and customize with information specific to your scholarship. To locate your scholarship’s specific webpage, type the full scholarship name in the search bar at the top of this page. Please be sure to proofread carefully before sharing with local media and check out the template for additional tips!
Instructions: You must obtain permission from the scholarship recipient(s) prior to publicizing their award. Download the template and customize with information specific to the scholarship recipient(s) and your scholarship. Please be sure to proofread carefully before sharing with local media and check out the template for additional tips!
Instructions: NCCF encourages Scholarship Administrators to notify all applicants of the committee’s decision soon after materials are submitted to NCCF. Download templates for award and decline emails that you can customize and use. Please note, NCCF communicates via email with each student awarded a scholarship once all paperwork from the scholarship administrator has been received, reviewed and approved by NCCF.
