Toolkit for scholarship administrators
This toolkit includes templates for outreach, social media graphics and more resources to help NCCF scholarship administrators encourage students to apply for scholarships in early 2025 and announce the scholarship recipient in late spring/early summer. Customize any (or all!) and use to share information about a particular scholarship with your networks.
Throughout the toolkit you will notice placeholder text bolded or highlighted to allow customization with information specific to your scholarship. To locate your scholarship’s specific webpage, type the scholarship name in the search bar at the top of this page.

Scholarship administrators receive a flyer in January from our scholarships team that is unique to their scholarship that they can share digitally or by printing. A flyer promoting all NCCF scholarships is also available.

Instructions: NCCF encourages Scholarship Administrators to notify all applicants of the committee’s decision soon after materials are submitted to NCCF. Download templates for award and decline emails that you can customize and use. Please note, NCCF communicates via email with each student awarded a scholarship once all paperwork from the scholarship administrator has been received, reviewed and approved by NCCF.

Social media tips
- Be sure to personalize for your scholarship – change the placeholder text to your scholarship’s name and add the direct link to your page if desired. Find the link to your scholarship by using the search bar at the top of the page or visiting nccommunityfoundation.org/scholarships and search for your scholarship by county at the bottom of the page.
- Posts with graphics or images tend to get more engagement – likes, shares and comments!

Instructions: Below are links to graphics you can download to use on social media to promote your scholarship. Use the suggested post text or write your own!
From a smartphone: After you open a link below, press your finger down on the image and choose “Save Image” to download it to your device. Then, hold your finger over the suggested post. You’ll be prompted to select the text you wish to copy, do this, and then click “copy.” Paste the text into your desired social media platform by holding your finger down and selecting “paste.” Attach the graphic you saved, customize the text and post. Repeat on the other platforms!
