- Posts with graphics or images tend to get more engagement – likes, shares and comments!

Tips for outreach: Grant availability
- Forward the grantseeker email provided by your Community Leadership Officer to your network.
- Personalize these talking points when sharing information about the grant application in your community:
- I serve on the advisory board of the <AFFILIATE NAME>, which is made up of volunteers who live and work in our community.
- Every year, we make grants to local charitable organizations to support a broad range of community needs – from human services, education, youth development, health, food and nutrition, the arts, and more.
- We are accepting applications for grants from our community grantmaking fund now through <DEADLINE>. You can learn more and apply online.
- Our board makes the decisions, while NCCF staff provide technical support and assistance for the grant application and award process.
- Awards are typically announced about two months after the application closes.
