{"tinyMCE_dummy":"","title":"Community grants available from the Yadkin County Community Foundation","url":"\/news\/community-grants-available-from-the-yadkin-county-community-foundation-2022","meta":{"title":"","description":"","excludeFromSitemap":"No"},"ordinal":999,"content":"<p>The board of advisors of the <a href=\"\/communities\/northwestern\/yadkin-county\">Yadkin County Community Foundation<\/a> is accepting grant applications from nonprofits serving needs in the local community.<\/p>\r\n<p>Funds are available for nonprofit organizations serving the local community in Yadkin County and will be awarded from the community grantmaking fund. Awarded proposals have historically averaged $1,500 although the board will review requests up to $5,000. Total grantmaking will not exceed $21,000.<\/p>\r\n<p>Applications are available beginning Friday, March 4. Visit <a href=\"\/\">nccommunityfoundation.org<\/a> for information about applying. The deadline for applications is noon on Tuesday, April 5.<\/p>\r\n<p>Grants are not available for regranting purposes, capital campaigns, capital improvements, out-of-state travel, or for individuals.
